Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional, Dishonest, and Incompetent I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Schultz’s Auto while trying to get my vehicle’s air conditioning repaired. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional, dishonest, and rude. Despite trusting them with my vehicle, the repair was never completed and my AC was never restored. Even worse, their technician later admitted he never properly performed the AC diagnostic because he “didn’t think it was necessary to assess the pressure gauges of the cooling system.” That level of incompetence is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and accountability. After spending over $2,000 trying to get the issue resolved, I ultimately came to the conclusion that the remaining cost of the repair wouldn’t be worth it. I ended up having to purchase a new vehicle instead. It would’ve been nice to know that from the beginning — before wasting thousands of dollars and weeks of time on a repair they clearly weren’t equipped or willing to handle properly. Their lack of transparency, refusal to take responsibility, and dismissive attitude throughout the process made an already frustrating situation even worse. I would strongly caution anyone against bringing their vehicle to Schultz’s. In my experience, they do not stand by their work, and they certainly do not prioritize their customers.
