As always my vehicle was done when promised. I have been using Schultz Auto for a couple of years now. From undercoating to oil changes to NYS inspection. Mike and Nick always keep you informed on what our vehicles need. Very honest repair shop. Highly recommend

New Customer, was stranded on Rt 5 at 5 in evening and was towed back to shop fairly quick. Repair was made next day was back on road by 2 in afternoon. Great Job!!!

My truck broke down 8 miles from Schultz. I had AAA tow it to their recommended location and it turned out to be Schultz. I ended up finding a hotel in the area and walked to Schultz the next morning. As I was stranded and out of town, they made me a priority and got me back up and running within a few hours. They gave me a ride back to the hotel and when the truck was done they came over and picked me up. Prices were not on the cheapest side, but what I paid is commensurate with the service I received and feel I received value for money. They recognize the stress people are in when being stranded. They also identified another potential issue on the truck and wanted to ensure I kept an eye on it when I got home. I would recommend Schultz 100% as they understand the value of customer service In today’s environment. The whole team I interacted with were top notch. Keep up the good work all!

My 2010 Dodge ram had been sitting in a garage in upstate New York for 5 years unattended. I towed it to Schultz's garage and began the process of diagnosing what needed to be done. First their attention to detail and customer service is unrivaled. They responded quickly and professionally to every question that I had and performed the work precisely and completely. To be honest it was the most I have ever spent on a repair in my life, nearly nine pages of repairs. Again the truck, a diesel 2500, had sat for 5 years completely and totally unattended, so as you can imagine there was some serious neglect and a lot of work that needed to be done to get it road worthy. Their technicians are excellent. They skillfully and thoroughly repared every item with quality parts and they did it all in under a week. Nick and Mike and his team are well trained and genuinely great people to work with. All this work was done while I am currently living in Spain so trust was a big factor here and they came through with flying colors. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle to this team. Thank you! AAA suggested Schultz and they had a big job ahead of them. (Alternator, battery, maintenance) Schultz was able to complete this job in less than a day! Fantastic work, very kind and extremely professional. I will definitely come again to Schultz Auto.
